2nd Quarter - PROJECT

· In pairs or trios, you will study and prepare a presentation for lesson 4-6.

· The objective of the project is to explain the content and explore examples.

· Examples and graphs different from the ones in the book will enhance your work.

· You are encouraged to research other fonts than the book.

· You can make posters, power point presentations, ...

· Everyone must participate at the presentation.

· At the end you will be assessed on this topic through a quiz.

Deadline for the project is November 23rd. This is already the day of the presentations.

2nd Quarter - Activity 1

For this activity you will work individually or in pairs.

The activity can be found on your books pages 162 and 163. The activity must be word processed entirely, including all the math symbols. Make sure to include complete answers and in clude any math process you used to generate answers.

Deadline for the activity is November 13th (G day).

Your chapter 2 test, that was setted up for this Thursday, will be postponed for Friday (October 2nd).
This is due to the poor results at your practice worksheets.
We will use Thursday's class to review the concepts.
